2006 – Bruce with Peter Costello, Federal treasurer.

With all the people I’ve met through playing trumpet, I’ve never met such a friendly and approachable person as Peter Costello… his kindness afforded me a signed photo of us, it was much appreciated.

2015 – Time out to catch the moment at a celebrity birthday party.

Xmas time is always a treat for me… its always well received to play theme songs, and what better instrument to play Christmas tunes than with a trumpet… or flugal horn.

2004 – I played Trumpet with other instrumentalists at a City of Casey Ward Dinner.

“Dear Bruce, On behalf of my wife, Heather, and myself I would like to thank you for your performance and attendance at the Ward Dinner held at the Arthur Wren community hall on Sat 19 June 2004. The entertainment you provided was very much appreciated by all the guests in attendance and added to making this a very enjoyable evening. Heather & I are both indebted to you. Rob Wilson (Mayor of Casey) 2004”

In Nov 2018 I went on a trip to Canada & New York… took my trumpet along and had the chance to play in a local pub in Gastown, Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada) and also while visiting USA I went along to a local pub in Manhattan New York to play some trumpet.
